Thermal Lamination with Inline Sheet Separator

In new innovation to get rid from traditional manual cutting sheet separation make machine free from additional man power and reduce the finishing time with auto cut/separation.

it requires to add circular perforated blade while unwinding film to make corner of film week to easy tear off when enter in separation process.

Separator can be supplied with mechanical or pneumatic process as in line or off line for cold application ,considering to the long drying time for cold process we advice to separate sheet after making roll offline and cut offline through winding and unwinding process.
